1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FuelForge. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the app without verifiable parental consent.

2. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

FuelForge provides workout plans, nutrition tracking, and fitness guidance for informational and educational purposes only. FuelForge is not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, or certified personal trainer.

Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any exercise program or making significant changes to your diet, consult a qualified healthcare professional — especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

3. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and other health complications. By using FuelForge, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Following any workout plan generated or suggested by the app
• Following any nutrition recommendation or calorie target provided by the app
• Participating in physical activities described in the app

You agree that FuelForge is not responsible for any injury, illness, or harm that may result from your use of the app.

4. AI-Generated Content

FuelForge uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans, parse food nutrition data, and provide fitness coaching insights. AI-generated content is provided as a general suggestion only and may not be appropriate for your individual fitness level, health status, medical history, or personal goals.

Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before following AI-generated recommendations. AI outputs can contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@fuelforge.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. FuelForge is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the app to collect data about other users
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Subscription & Billing

FuelForge offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or directly via Stripe. All purchases are subject to the payment processor's terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuelForge, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the app
• Any injuries or health complications resulting from following app content
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FuelForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
